1. Are you a government agency?

No. We are not affiliated or associated with any government agency. The information shared in our FAQ is meant to help our clients access important information so that they may comply with government rules/regulations. In all cases, it is necessary that each client check directly with the regulatory government agency or agencies to ensure compliance with the law.

2. How do I register my company with DNC?

In order to comply with government regulations, all non-exempt organizations must register with the FTC and obtain an Organization I.D. and SAN number. It is free to get an Organization I.D. as well as a SAN number for 5 area codes. You can register your organization and obtain a SAN number for 5 area codes using this link.

Once you register, simply email us your Organization I.D., SAN number, and password. We must register your organization as our client under our account with the FTC to gain access to the DNC for the area codes you have selected, as well as call DNC cleared numbers on your behalf.

3. What measures does Taokym Business Solutions take to ensure DNC compliance? (Safe Harbor)

Taokym Business Solutions strictly complies with DNC regulations. All non-exempt organizations must register with the FTC and obtain an Organization I.D. and SAN number to gain access to the DNC registry. Before we place any phone calls, we register all non-exempt organizations as our clients with the FTC using their Organization I.D. and SAN number as given to us by them. We then access the DNC registry and download all phone numbers pertaining to the SAN number provided and scrub these numbers against any lead list we have been instructed to use for phone calling. Any person we contact and requests to be removed or not contacted again is noted and placed on an internal Do Not Call list for that particular client. Each time we receive new leads to call upon for that specific client, we scrub our internal Do Not Call list as well as access new data from the DNC registry which is updated every 30 days.
